Measuring and quotes
How much does the home measuring visit cost?
It is not charged separately: the visit and the measuring are included in the price of your order. We visit both homes and businesses in Málaga.
Which areas do you cover for measuring?
Málaga city and the surrounding area. If you are elsewhere on the Costa del Sol, call us on 952 353 177 and we will look at it.
Can I get a rough price without a visit?
Yes. Come to the showroom with approximate measurements and photos of the windows and we will give you an idea. For making, we always take the final measurements ourselves.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the fabric and the size of the order. When we take the measurements we give you a specific lead time.
Fabrics and making
Where are the curtains made?
In our own production workroom in Málaga. We cut, sew and finish every piece to the measurements taken at your home or business.
Which fabric is best for a very sunny living room?
For south or west-facing windows, choose a fabric with good colour fastness to light and, if the curtain is coloured, a lining to protect it. A sheer in front filters the sun without darkening the room.
What is the difference between a sheer and a curtain?
A sheer is a light, translucent fabric that filters daylight and gives privacy. A curtain is a denser fabric that decorates, insulates and can darken. They are often combined on a double pole.
What is a blackout curtain?
A curtain with a fabric or lining that blocks almost all light. It is used in bedrooms, hotel rooms and media rooms.
Do you make valances, swags and pelmets?
Yes. We make valances, swags and fabric pelmets for classic interiors or to finish the top of the window.
Blinds and venetians
What is the difference between a blind and a panel blind?
A blind goes up and down, rolling or folding. A panel blind is made of vertical fabric panels that slide sideways on a multi-channel track, ideal for large windows and patio doors.
Which blind is best for an office?
Vertical blinds are very practical for offices with large windows, and aluminium venetians let you angle the light precisely to avoid glare on screens.
Can a blind be fitted inside the recess?
Yes, if the recess is deep enough and the window opens without hitting it. Otherwise it goes on the frame or the wall. We check this on the visit.
Hospitality
Do you make flame-retardant curtains?
Yes. We work with certified flame-retardant fabrics, fire-reaction Class 1 under UNE-EN 13773, which Spain’s Building Code requires for curtains in areas open to the public.
Do you make curtains for Bali beds?
Yes. We make outdoor curtains for Bali beds and pergolas, plus upholstered mattresses and cushions.
Do you make chair covers for restaurants and events?
Yes. We make made-to-measure chair covers for function rooms, restaurants and terraces.

Monday to Friday 10:30–13:30 and 17:00–20:30. Saturday 10:30–13:30. Closed on Sunday.
